• Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice are eligible for a full refund or rescheduling at no extra cost.

• Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled lesson are non-refundable, as the time slot cannot be rebooked on short notice.

• Missed sessions without notice (no-shows) are also non-refundable.

• In the unlikely event that I need to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.​
